- Check out time 11. 00 Am.; day-use is 50% of the room rate (until 18.00hrs.)

Term and Condition:

All refunds are subject to bank handling costs and villa administrational costs of 1,000 Thai baht charge. Refunds will be make in the form of a credit entry to your bank/card only in Thai baht, equivalent to the amount which shall be confirmed to you before the cancellation transaction is processed. You acknowledge that The Lantern Resort & Resident shall not be liable for or responsible for rate risk (exchange rate movements and fluctuations) in converting refund amount to your local currency.

Cancellation Policy

Peak Season
- up to 45 day prior to arrival date no charge
- 44 to 30 days 25% of total value of the original booking
- 29 to 14 days 50% of total value of the original booking
- 13 days and less 100% of total value of the original booking

High Season
- Up to 14 days prior to arrival date no charge
- 13 day and less 50% of total value of the original booking

Low Season
- Up to 7 days prior to arrival date no charge
- 6 day and less the value of 1 room night charge

No Show
- Peak Season 100% of the full amount of the booking value will be charged
- High Season 100% of the full amount of the booking value will be charged
- Low Season 1 night room rate will be charge

Early check out
- Peak Season 50% of the full amount of the booking value will be charged
- High Season 50% of the full amount of the booking value will be charged
- Low Season 1 additional night room rate will be charge
